Once set up, the program is easy to use and has significantly reduced my work time on individual students. The students and the business partners have reported it is very easy to use. This is a way for me to keep everything in one spot. I used to have four spreadsheets that linked to each other, and I would link documents into the spreadsheet, which was very time-consuming. The support and response times with the chat is excellent. Everyone on the team has always been extremely helpful and work quickly to resolve any issues or questions we might have. They are great at trouble shooting and have always been interested in our thoughts and additional features that would be beneficial for us to have. I use the Work-based Learning functions the most. I love how it all is very customizable and easy to get signatures on required forms etc. Managing hundreds of students across work-based learning opportunities each year and the amount of time this has saved me compared to your competitors has been extremely valuable.

This product has saved me so much time as well as reducing paper usage. I no longer worry about students, employers, or teachers losing forms. Everyone gets copies of all documentation once complete. The platform is very easy to navigate and the customer support and ease of customization is unmatched. This is a "must have" tool for any Cooperative Education coordinator.

There are so many aspects to the program that are uniquely aligned with CTE programs and requirements. We started with the Advisory Board management piece, which was a function I had been searching for for a long time. We have added industry certification tracking and are starting asset management. We are piloting competency tracking and will switch over 100% as soon as MA finalizes the remainder of the frameworks. We utilize Jobready CCR as a tool for our work based learning office at our career center. I find that the system is very easy to train our students and staff on to maximize opportunities to document immersive experiences, as well as provide students/parents/teachers with tools to explore options beyond their high school experience. I have seen a host of great new tools added to the platform, and even as their company has grown in scope, it has not diminished the hands on approach or availability of the developing/help desk team to remain responsive.
